Being vulnerable means being able to get hurt.
Being able to get hurt in nature is where growth happens. A tree from its leafy soft area not from it's trunk. A snail has to abandon it's shell.
Operations has to be vulnerable in order to improve and grow. We musn't bias too much on not getting complaints.
