There are unlimited desires and expectations that can be placed on a bar.
A bar has limited resources. There is only a certain number of manhours, emotional labour, ingredients and talent that a bar can house under one roof.
Trying to make everyone who walks in satisfied does not work. The math doesn't work.
We have to choose a particular person to serve with out limits and stick to it.
