I think many of us in this industry are people pleasers. That makes us most vulnerable to manipulators.
Those people who make us feel bad because they want something in return. We know who they are, those guest that keep coming back eventhough they complain every other time.
I think we need to stop entertaining them. It's a toxic cycle that kills us.
